The other problem I solved with the Paperback compile of ToC involved setting Styles in Scrivener but using bespoke naming, not names that might exist in the styles in the compile style editor. ![]() I also had this (and other problems with page numbers being wrong) with the manual ToC when it came time to compile it for Paperback, and one solution is and might also have been effecting my ebook compile. epub to remove the unwanted links from the html and then drag and drop the ToC page postion. I have tried this with the standard "ebook" and my own compile formats and nothing seems to work.ĮDIT: I tried exporting it to. all fine.īut when I compile it, doesnt matter what styling I use, there is no links in the ToC list, only the chapter titles, and the is clickable, but doesnt go anywhere. ![]() ![]() I do the usual process copy special and paste, and it works in a blank page with clickable links pasted in. I can use the automatic ToC HTML and it works fine, but I want to make my own ToC. I have Scrivener 3 latest version on Windows 10. It seems like that Twine 2 has fewer features than Twine 1.4.2 so I thought that there maybe was a command line compiler that will work with Twine 2 or some way to import the source files (tw). This sub is not officially affiliated with Scrivener. In Twine 1.4.2 I could import both the source txt (tw) file I produced with Scrivener or any text editor and the compiled HTML from Twee2. It seemed to work nicely with Twee2 but when I tried to import the produced HTML story file to Twine 2 I got nothing but an empty unnamed story. I use Scrivener on my Windows 10 PC and my iPad for my writing and I really would like to keep it that way, esp because I can write on my iPad, so when I decided to start writing IF my choice was Twine due to it could import from Scrivener vis a command line compiler using the Scree template in Scrivener. I am rather new to Twine and so far I have had some trouble finding out what works and what not.
